Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients

Waxy potatoes:

peeled and chopped into chunks
- Sea salt: 1 tsp
- Vegan butter: 100 g
- Roasted garlic : 5-6 cloves
- Black pepper

Method
Place waxy potatoes into a large pot and cover with water by 2cm.

Bring to a light boil over high heat and add sea salt, then cook for or until very tender.

Once tender, drain your potatoes and place them in the hot pot off the heat for to evaporate any extra water.

Mash potatoes until fluffy, adding vegan butter, Roasted Garlic and black pepper.
